OCI was part of the design team for this 6 story hotel located in the City of Bethlehem. The scope of work included complete site/civil engineering services consisting of survey, grading and storm drainage, landscaping, sanitary sewer and new water service. The overall project cost was 17 million dollars.

A number of site issues which proved to be challenging included working around an existing bank branch building adjacent to the hotel site, meeting existing roadway grades on three sides and accommodating ADA accessibility. OCI also prepeared the plans required for the City of Bethlehem’s land development approval.
