For the new 2600 square foot Lafayette Ambassador Bank with drive thru, parking and sidewalks, the firm prepared the land development plans including storm water discharge, erosion control and landscaping. The ½ acre site located at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Cedar Crest Boulevard [both State Highways] required PennDot permitting for driveway curb cuts.
