For the 2600 square foot Lafayette Ambassador Bank with drive thru, parking and sidewalks, the firm prepared the land development plans including storm water discharge, erosion control and landscaping. The ½ acre site located at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Cedar Crest Boulevard [both State Highways] required Penn Dot permitting for driveway curb cuts.
