Projects

The project portfolio is a representation of the range of services and projects completed by OCI. For many of these projects the firm’s team of professionals worked with the client and project architect to achieve a comprehensive design solution. The successful completion of these projects can be seen in the photography which shows a new building or buildings integrated with a landscaped site, access roadways, parking and site amenities. The challenges of developing a site including dealing with complicated zoning controls, storm water detention, erosion/sedimentation controls, traffic analysis and mitigation, environmental permitting and a host of other issues is not always evident after completion. We believe these outstanding projects exemplify OCI’s ability to address each project’s challenges in achieving functional and aesthetic site/civil designs.
