Ott Consulting Inc. provided comprehensive land development engineering services for the successful redevelopment of the property at 6776 Hamilton Boulevard in Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County.

Formerly home to ABE Doors & Windows and an existing residence, the site had operated under mixed commercial and residential use for many years. The completed project replaced these structures with a modern car wash facility and new retail space, bringing a refreshed commercial presence to this key corridor.

Ott Consulting led the project through site planning, stormwater management design, utility coordination, PADOT permitting and the full land development approval process. Our team also supported permitting efforts to ensure the redevelopment met all Township and regulatory requirements.

Now fully constructed and occupied, the redevelopment enhances the commercial landscape along Hamilton Boulevard and contributes to the area’s economic vitality through updated infrastructure and new service offerings.
